Service Description

- After your initial consultation, we can discuss whether 1-1 support would be suitable for you. - These will be one hour sessions, either online or in person, focusing on the areas that we believe will help you best. This may be to improve performance by targeting weak areas, or by improving general wellbeing. - Through my client-led approach, I want to ensure you have control over the support you receive, and the content of these sessions. - A block of sessions will always start with an initial intake, needs analysis and case formulation, to ensure we are targeting the right areas for you. This will delve deeper than the free initial consultation. - We can also make plans moving forwards.
